What classes did you pick out?

[? // My last intro post got one note so I should probably keep doing this](http://sailiwaffles.■■■■■■■■■■/post/7240413599/my-last-intro-post-got-one-note-so-i-should-probably)
you’re welcome. if you have any other questions or concerns about orientation, just drop a line in my ask box.

I dont know if you’re an engineer, but I got:
Chem 1A
Chem Lab
Calc
Engr 3 (Computer Programming)
Chem Engineering 1
Writing For Engineers Only (2e)

17 units.

Dcagle - I’m assuming you’re a freshman. How is it that you were able to sign up for 17 units? I thought you could only sign up for 14.5 units at orientation?

Engineers can take up to 17 units, it’s because we need those classes as pre-requisites.

OK. Still a little confused though - so engineering students can sign up for more units during orientation, even though it’s kind of like pass 1 of registration? I would have thought they could only initially sign up for the 14 units and sign up for the rest during second pass.

Nope, I signed up for all 17 units during my advising session at orientation.
