According to the sparkenotes curve, you can get a raw score of 43 and above, and still pull of an 800.
you can do that many ways though: answer all of them, get 7 wrong
or omit 7, get none wrong, or
omit 2, get four wrong, etc

guys, i remember that question pretty clearly, it definitely asked for a and b, not the squares.

spirited away, you can't get 7 wrong and get a 43 raw, you're not taking into account the guessing penalty of .25 points. Getting one wrong is essentially losing 1.25 points.

i put 4 and 16/3 i think also...
the probability one was 1/6.
the root thing was 2.

oops mr sanguine you're right..
sorry bout that

what was the 75 percent proportion answer. was it 65. I don't remmber the question but it said, something like (t/t+2)^2 or something.

That's 65 I think. The question asks how many days it will take for them to finish 75 % of the job or whatever. WHat I did was, I plugged the equation to the calculator, then tried ALL of the multiple choice options.

oh crap..i remember that question. you put in .75=whatever it was....i cant remember...

75 % proportion answer was 65 ish i think . . . I cant remember the exact number but im pretty sure i got that one right.

yeah, i believe if you plugged in .75 for p(t) the answer came out to be 65

I just graphed the equation and the line .75 and found the intersection. It wasnt that bad

and the flag pole answer was 22.46 or 10*tan 66degrees right

the fuction question was I only b/c it doesn't pass the vertical line test

I remember getting 70%, but the question said to find the nearest percentage so the answer was 66% (i think), the other closest answer was 78%

I think i got (2, 4/root3)

cant remember anymore

Yeah that's what i got for the flagpole question

ok so where did the circle get moved to. from (3,-1)to (8, something right).please post the wuestion for this one guys and the answer

I got 4/sqrt(3) for that ellipse thingy. It asks for value of b right?? b^2 = 16/3; b= 4/sqrt(3).

For that question w/ the graph of real nums vs. imaginery, i put C) (the point in the first quadrant)

What did yall get for the last question?? i put D) .92 as a guess.

if i skipped 5 and missed 5, approx. what would i get?

dude, isnt the real +imaginary answer A or something. because I got -2i +2 which was A right guys

I HOPE SO- thats what i put

Yeah I think the answer is A for the complex/real question

From a previous post:
"2. I remember getting 70%, but the question said to find the nearest percentage so the answer was 66% (i think), the other closest answer was 78%"

what question is this person talking about??
