Three SATs - bad?

plain and simple, is it bad to take more than 3 SATs?

i took 4; i ended up getting 2340 in the end; 2380 superscored

Unless you are applying for colleges that require you to send all test scores (and you don’t want to lie on your application), I don’t see any reason not to take the test as many times as you can.
Anyway, even if that’s the case, I still don’t think there’s much difference between taking SAT 3 and 4 times, provided your scores keep increasing…

I took SAT 6 times and I want to take it once more in June.
If I have another opportunity in Oct. do you advice me to take it also or maybe I reached the best I can do and it’s better to concentrate on other thing such as volunteer work …??
P.S: I did not any of community work or Volunteer work!

BioSAT: What is your highest score in a single sitting and your superscore? Someone from my school was ranked 5th in a class of 454, had 2200’s SAT scores, and had at least a 101 weighted average. He was rejected from nearly every school he applied to (including Cornell) because he had few EC’s and volunteer work. That stuff is important.

burgerking316: in single: 1630 , superscore: 1730.
1st try I scored 1430 and then I sticked with 1600s for 4 trials and then the break was small which I superscored to be 1730 that I raised in CR only from 370 to 450.
the constant ones are: Math 680 and Writing 600 with 8 in essay.
My GPA is about 3.8 out of 4.0.
Can you give me a list or at least some examples for the colleges not only will admit me but also I would be in the best 5% of the applicants to have scholarship!

I know my SAT scores are bad but I think that is bec I am not native.
I have a year to work on the other fields in the application process such as Volunteer work.
So I will appreciate it if you give me examples of schools to recognize the category I search for colleges in where they suit me to be good student in their eyes
Thanks in advanced
