I'd like to start a thread to hear peoples thoughts on Thunderbird's MBA program. I am currently considering the school and I can't decide if it is worth the investment v. getting an MBA from a more traditional program.

Thunderbird has a very specific program to offer. If it is what you want to focus on for your career, it is the very best place for you to study. If you are only so-so about international business, you probably would be happier with a "more traditional program".

There was a discussion thread about Thunderbird a month or so ago. I can't recall if it was in the MBA forum or here in the Grad school forum. You could check the MBA forum to see if it is still going on.

is it really the best in international business?

Say I'm convinced I want to do international business. Should I really go to Thunderbird over Wharton, Booth or HBS?

Also, if there is anyone else out there applying to Thunderbird for 09 I'd love to hear about you...
