Domestic MBA w/focus on International Business vs. MBA from non-US school?

OK, first post...so I'm fully prepared to duck from flying tomatoes for asking dumb questions.

I've already done a few searches on this forums and others and haven't really found what I'm looking for.

I'm ready to go back for my MBA and have realized through my practical work experience with multinationals the criticality of having a global mindset and global work experience.

So that being said, I'm debating at one of the basic paths in the road. Whether to explore a traditional MBA from a non-American school such as INSEAD or London Business School, or look at domestic schools that are well-known for their IB programs such as Thunderbird, Wharton Lauder, South Carolina. And I see some of you have VERY strong opinions about the prestige of SC.

I'm ready to make the committment to full-time; distance learning options are OK by me as well. I'm ok with total liquidation/relocation, and definitely ok with learning a new language - either via immersion or classroom instruction.

What says the CC community?

sc is well known? are you thinking about north carolina keenan-flagler?

Nope, no confusion. Look at the 2007 USN&WR rankings under "International"
