<p>The common app online form has an area for additional information, where you can upload a document. Do I upload my activity sheet here, or mail it to the college? Sorry to ask such questions, but I find it easier to ask CCers rather than the very inaccesible guidance department at my school.</p>
<p>you don't need to mail them anything...they might lose it and some see it as annoying. so upload your activities sheet there (or type it in the space if they still have that)</p>
