personally, i love washington d.c. and i would go to georgetown or any any other respected college in d.c. just because it is such an amazing place
i am very politically active and i was wondering how the atmosphere politically is in the d.c. universities?
how are internships with politicians?
things like that?

Most DC organizations--whether they are political, NGOs, the government itself, etc.--love Georgetown students. The University itself has an office that specifically facilitates finding internships for students and as well has an office that deals with Federal relations (including lobbying on the Hill).

Georgetown is a very politically active campus (College Dems and Republicans are among the largest student organizations) and there are lots of ways to become involved politically from working through mainstream parties, to student lobbying organizations, to internships, etc.
