I heard from some of my friends that they went back previous sections during SAT. Since they have 800 Math, and they can solve math section in only 15 minutes, they used remaining 10 minutes for C/R section.

I know it is not permitted, but what happens when you go back to previous sections during SAT? Is it likely to be get caught?

And what if you get caught? Are you kicked out of the test site as soon as the teacher finds out? Or will you get 1st warning??

You would be kicked out of classroom and your behavior would be reported to the Collegeboard if you did so.
I think you know it is extremely dishonest.

It is relatively easy to do especially when your proctor doesn't really pay attention well. When I took the SAT in December, I noticed a few people turning back to the essay portion at various points of the test - even during the last section! I was really tempted to go back to the math portions, but I'm such a chicken and didn't want to risk getting my score cancelled.

If you really want to do so, just go into a corner of the room and always keep an eye on the proctor. I wouldn't feel bad if I did it since a lot of other people do it, though I don't really plan on doing it. If you only have like one problem, you could write it lightly on your answer sheet, just don't write it in your test booklet, otherwise they might find that out.
