PC or Mac?

I was going to ask that!

MAC, MAC, MAC!

I may sound a bit off track here but .. I could not use my computer for more than two days because of the loadshedding problem here in Nepal. Where do you live and do you have to face this sort of problem there?

I live in Pennsylvania in the US, and I have to admit, I'm not quite sure what loadshedding is.

My question therefor has got to be, do you know what loadshedding is, and if so, can you tell me? ;)

The Electricity Corporation here in Nepal, cuts off electricity in every four hours( and that too the minimum duration of cut off is 4 hrs).I will show you today's timetable of loadshedding- from 6 to 10 in the morning, we had no electricity. then we got it from 10 to 2.Then again from 2 to 6, we had no electricity.the pattern continues everyday.
That has been too much of a problem. I wonder when the situation of our country will improve.

I hope you understood it!

Oh, I think we got it! That's just like California during the good ol' Enron days :)

Sooo, to continue with the game: which course from the Wellesley catalog looks the most interesting to you?

I actually have two: a seminar on Gender in Politics and Eng 245: Dead or Alive: The Object of Desire in Victorian Poetry.

Is Wellesley your first choice school?

It is my daughter's first choice right now.

Did you visit Wellesley campus?

No, but if I get a likely letter, I will be going up to MA to check it out during spring break (hopefully).

Did you vote today? :)

No, I'm not 18.

What did you eat for lunch today?

I skipped lunch :(. I had to go to several hearings and then race across the State House to watch my Rep speak in a formal session.

What's the weather like where you are?

bipolar. i wore a short sleeved dress and felt great on monday, but today it was below freezing, and back to the sweatshirts and uggs.

im about to have to leave for my shift at the restaurant where i hostess-does anyone else work a part time job?

No, I don't, though if I did, I'd want to work at Borders.

If you could change one thing about Wellesley, what would it be?

Tuition. The only thing that could stop me from going if I got in is my parents unwillingness to pay for it.

How tall are you?

5 feet 3 inches, but my shoes make me taller. :)

Do you lead a healthy lifestyle? Why or why not?

Yes I do. I want to live long. thats it.
Do you love summer or winter?

Winter... but I love having no school in the summer!

Which year of high school has been your favorite?

I think it's a toss up between Junior and Senior year so far for me. We'll see how this end of this year goes :D

Do you listen to the radio or to cds/ipod in the car?

cds/ipod: i'm currently obsessing over my coldplay and fiona apple cds.

if you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
