The PSAT is VERY similar to the SAT. The table here explains the differences: [PowerScore SAT Preparation | Free SAT Help Area](What is the PSAT? | PowerScore). I think the blue book is a great resource for studying for the PSAT. Your daughter can also get a full PSAT practice test from her guidance counselor and work through the practice questions here: [PSAT/NMSQT: Preparing](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>Studying and Practicing for the PSAT/NMSQT – SAT Suite).

If she works through all of the practice tests in the blue book preparing for the PSAT, she can get 10 more real tests from the College Board online course when she is ready to study for the SAT. Note that it’s a quite a bit more expensive, though. Best of luck to her!
