<p>Have you run a search for all of the places that offer this major, and then run the Net Price Calculators at each of them? These three are private institutions, and you will be out-of-state at most (if not all) of the public universities that offer the major. If you are struggling to pay for your education, you won’t have much time to work on that social life. Talk with your family about the money, and build your list upward from the financial and academic safety school.</p>
<p>What are you looking for - a school that is easier so that you have more time to party or a school where there are more party-goers?</p>
<p>A school where there are more party-goers, who also care about their academics.</p>
<p>U Florida has a ~top 10 mat sci/engineering program, attractive OOS tuition, and a social scene that will be hard to beat.</p>
