To UCLA TRANSFER HOPEFULS: MyUCLA is the way to know...

I hope there is!! And 1 day 14 hours :)

ha eliminate the 14 hours for me, makes it longer.

Haha yeee…I got a lil reminder countdown thing so it shows hours mins and seconds

hahaha really!? i need one of those. i am going to sleep later this morning/afternoon then I’m going to be for the next 24/hours after that for sure.

It’s called reminder free, app on the iPhone  and yeah the night going into Friday is gonna be a crazy one. I’m sure a lot will be going on in here lol

I wonder if the site is going to crash - does anyone know if it did last year? I know that this year, UCSD’s site was just pummeled by CCers around the time of their first batch.

i have a mac, I’m going to download something like that later. I really am wondering if I’m going to get into this school because two days ago it wasn’t my priority but things are playing out oddly.

i just notice that the links to the “juicy” stuff isn’t available to be clicked in ursa…so it gets refreshed with info after THE UPDATE?

that was brutal because freshman & transfer were trying to log in

don’t remember anything about a ucla crash last year…

hey guys i’m sorry to interrupt your conversation but i don’t know how to post new thread.
If anyone help me i will appreciate it . Thanks !

click that link

I believe it does…we shall see soon!

And if you get in will LA be your main consideration or are you still hoping on Irvine?

haha i am a loyal guy, irvine is still my top.

how about you? never succumb to the hype though…

well LA was my top choice, followed by Irvine SD and SB…however after visiting SB I think it went up a lil higher. Not a fan of the SD campus, just of San Diego…which the campus isn’t even really in lol

well you will be among elites there, thats for sure.

i was impressed to see a member of homeland security was speaking at UCLA the other day

http://newsroom.ucla.edu/portal/ucla/homeland-security-chief-speaks-232150.aspx

UCLA Financial Aid Summary
UCBlove is offline

So I guess I’m in…still doesn’t feel right ahah"

I only have two issues with this theory, first this was posted in 2009; so have things just not changed over the years? Second its a total hearsay, because we can’t really asses the character of the person posting it… Now if someone ballsed up and called… this might be a different story!

Has anyone stated that they weren’t able to see any financial aid stuff (and had submitted fafsa?).

Then again, logically why would the Financial Aid office (who I’m guessing is looking over however many transfer apps) spend time on those who were ultimately going to be rejected?

I’m basing my logic on your last question haha, but I still don’t think it guarantees acceptance.

Call Pavin call!!! :)

Haha I’m far too much of a**hole on the phone to call, unless its Berkeley (lady loved my shizz) they’d never give me any infooo :’(

Someone BALLS UP!!!

@ bear - how about you? Lol I’m terrible on the phone so I vote myself out of doing it
