<p>i <em>doubt</em> you’ll need to take toefl. in most cases, sat CR can be used as a substitute.</p>
<p>frankly speaking, each school has their own policy about this, so you’re better off asking them.</p>
<p>Each college/university publishes its policy about English proficiency right on its website. Students who have completed their entire education in schools where English is the medium of instruction normally are not required to present TOEFL scores.</p>
