She has now pulled out of the vault and uneven bars.
Did anyone watch the mixed medley relay? Poor kid! Her treasured pink goggles let her down. 
But she swam like a trooper! And poor Caleb Dressel - three major events in one night! Probably did not do this since an age group meet.
Good for her. I already watched one medal contender end up on a stretcher (and he had a brain hemorrhage, as it turns out!). No need to risk her health and life. She is a GOAT, Tokyo 2020 or not.

We are watching the Djokovic match that we dvr’ed. He’s an embarrassment. Throwing his racket and smashing another against the post are examples of why I’ve never liked him. His personality overshadows his accomplishments.

I am not a Djokovic fan but I had been impressed with his Olympic run, until the racquet throwing/breaking. Yikes!! Very surprised he didn’t get a warning when he threw the racquet.

The Chinese gymnast who did not clear the floor right after his event was dinged .3 for that. Racket smashing should have earned a penalty of some sorts, but maybe there is nothing in the rulebook about racket smashing or behaving like a spoiled brat. So unsportsmanlike. Boo.

Totally agree. There is absolutely no comparison between great heroic athletes like Rafa and Federer vis-a-vis Djoker the Djerk.
And I’m not even going to get into his anti-vaccine issues.

The American swimmer who is proudly unvaccinated, also decided not to wear his mask in the media area. There was an op ed about it in USA Today.
I really wish he would have been sent back on the next plane home. Unfortunately he was able to swim again. Wasn’t his best meet. Can’t say that I’m disappointed about that.
