<p>I'm an international student trying to apply for a M.Arch (Architecture) degree. The deadline is January 15 for most of the universities.
Unfortunately the soonest I can get an appointment for the GRE is 29th January.
Any idea what the universities would say regarding this matter? They're all closed until the 2nd, so I'd like to try find out before then.</p>

<p>Update: Well, somehow 9th of January just became available, so I registered for it. Now my question is, does anyone know how long it takes for them to provide you with your score? Is it immediate? I'm doing the computer-based test and I can't seem to find that answer on the website.</p>

<p>You will know your score as soon as you finish the computer-based test. The choices are "get my score" or "cancel my score." You get to choose one option when you are done with the test.</p>

<p>it doesn't. You get that score about 10 days later in the mail, but you can call earlier I think.</p>
<p>You'll be fine then. They'll contact you later if they haven't gotten your GRE scores yet.</p>

<p>Is it true you can't take a calculator into the room?! I basically need to reteach myself how to do basic division and multiplaction again with decimal places?</p>
<p>No calculators, although I think they give you blank sheets of scratch paper. Or was that for the GMAT?</p>
