too late to apply?

<p>I REALLY want to apply to University of Pittsburgh. But is it too late? They are a rolling admission policy, but do you think that the spots are already filled up?</p>

<p>I don't want to spend $55 (cost for sending SAT scores included) if i am going to get rejected...</p>

<p>If my grades are CC standers, should I apply?
If my grades are not CC standers, but actually Uni of Pitt is a huge reach, should I apply?</p>

<p>btw, I am also looking at another college. May I ask, is there a difference on sending your application on the first day the college lets you apply (usually September) and the last day of their deadline( like at Jan) . Is there a higher acceptance chance on acceptance? Note, I am not talking about rolling admissions or early action/decision. Just regular decision.</p>
