I just recently started looking into Pitt as a possible school of choice. I'm not that worried about my scores being good enough to get in, but after recently having a meeting with my school counselor it sounds like it'll take up to a month for Pitt to actually recieve everything they need in an application. I'm really liking the looks of Pitt; from the research I've done it seems like a great school at an affordable price In State (Half the price of Delaware , my other choice (OOS).) However, I'm worried they won't receive my information in time for me to be reviewed since its rolling admissions. I'm planning to apply this week, but like I said some of my information (ACT / SAT scores, transcript, etc) will take 3 to 4 weeks to reach them. If I send in my application will they hold onto it and review it once they have everything, or will they just ignore it if they have too many applicants before then?

If you apply now they will wait to review your file until they have received your scores and transcripts. If that all comes in 3-4 weeks from now I still think you are in plenty of time.

Applying now is totally fine. I didn’t apply until December and I still heard back mid-January with scholarships!
