I've already sent in my app/supplement (common app), but is their anythign I can do to show demonstrated interest. I kind of just realized this AFTER applying so :/. I don't exactly think I can visit Emory either so :/

If you can not visit the actual campus, try a video visit.

I can't guarantee that they will take this into account if you already applied, epecially if you already applied ED. But even with ED, it's not a waste because you could be deferred or waitlisted. They do record visits/video visits on their own accord.

get on every single mailing list possible!!! haha...if you did RD then you should try and get down there. It'll be completely worth your time: the campus is amazing.

ZKevin,
If you are seriously considering Emory later than others, it is not too late. Several suggestions:

Visiting/tour -
DVD tour
Essay- hopefully you wrote a strong "why Emory" essay.
Contact the dept or school for more information
Guidance counselor follow-up with your regional admissions rep.

For me, meeting the admissions rep and the essay gave me the necessary boost to gain acceptance. There is no magic formula.

Best of luck!

Hopeful1,

Did you successfully register for all the classes you wanted? My daughter said she got into all of her classes already.

Norcaldad,
I am in the last bidding group so I won't find out until later in the week. I hope to enroll in three GERs. It's all in the hands of OPUS. So far, I have been quite impressed with my current courses.
