What do you do when you have too much to do in a week? I have four major homework assignments due this week and one exam. Each homework takes about a day to complete and I unfortunately work for about four hours per day. I haven’t slept trying to complete one of them and I probably won’t sleep for the remainder of the week trying to complete the rest of them since I have classes and work and stuff. I probably will not be able to study for the exam either for the same reason.
I know I’m wasting time writing this that I could be using to complete all the work I have to do, but in the grand scheme of things, I feel like I’m screwed either way.
I didn’t intentionally wait until the last minute to get these things all done–it’s just that the way homework gets assigned in all my classes it ends up stacking and I usually have to dedicate all my time to one thing at a time because it’s basically due the next day.
Email what you just said to your profs. Ask each of them if a short extension is possible, given your work commitment. And frankly, four hours a day is a lot. You should cut back the hours if you can. Or take a sickie.
Working 4 hours every day may be too much. Cut back or reschedule.

I hope you got through the week okay. I agree that 4 hours per day of work is a lot. But I’m wondering if it’s typical for each of your homework assignments to take a full day to complete. That sounds like a lot of time. Try asking your classmates if it’s taking them that many hours to do the work, and if it’s not, focus on why you are struggling. Perhaps you need some time at your school’s academic resource center or your professor’s office hours. You can’t keep up a schedule like this with no sleep.
