<p>How in the world does UCLA rank over UC Berkeley? Georgetown ranked at 110 below the likes of Purdue, UC Davis, UMinnesota? Poor washington elites.</p>

<p>it's well documented that rankings from British publications are unreliable, biased, and...just plain retarded.</p>

<p>it's an imperfect system for ranking world universities. I personally believe it pays to much attention to international reputation whether or not that's an actual criteria or not. Stanford so far down is worrying and the order of Canadian universities almost laughable.</p>
