That’s not actually what that ranking measures. They state what they poll in that article.
I feel like it will be better to ask Google regarding this matter.
- Schools' ability to produce diverse and high-quality candidates
- Creativity of their graduates
- How well their students are trained compared with peers from other schools
- Value of each school's brand
- Reputation for entrepreneurship
- How driven and entrepreneurial its students are
Interesting that the URL contains “harvard-isnt-in-the-top-20” but the title has “Harvard barely made the top 20”, at a tie for 20.
In terms of fame, I’d pick UPenn Wharton or NYU Stern for undergrad business schools.

The actual placement numbers “at graduation” and “employed 3 months after graduation” are a much better indication of how hiring authorities evaluate MBA programs & their products.
