Top choice JHU BME or Yale

Hi everyone, this is only my second post, and I hope it is useful, not just for me, but for everyone.

My top schools are Maryland, Johns Hopkins, Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Penn, Vanderbilt, Washington University in St. Louis, Davidson, and MIT.

Right now I am having a really hard time deciding between Yale (SCEA or regular??) and Johns Hopkins' Biomedical Engineering early decision.

-Unweighted GPA 3.93

-Weighted GPA 4.72

-top 5% of approx. 300 students

-SAT/ACT scores -- 2280, took it once as a junior in October (780 CR, 760 M, 730 W)

-SAT II scores: chem: 760 world: 800 probably will take math, close to 800 most likely

-AP scores: government, chem, world, BC calc: 5 lang: 4
will take AP: physics C, lit,

-ECs
Science internship: intense professional lab research over summer, writing a paper for national competitions and perhaps to send to the science departments of said schools?
Robotics: founded a club at my school, did a lot of fund raising, evolved into a team, won grant money to compete at botball, will continue leadership into senior year
County Youth Advisory Committee: help county executive with teen-related issues/decisions, plan teen safe events, will be leader this year (slow process of working thorough the ranks)
Violin: 13 years, numerous concertmaster positions, several awards (plan to start a quartet in college, would mentioning this help?)
Varsity Lacrosse

-employment
Outdoor picnic barbecue place, 2 years, save earnings (part time, summer)

-honors/awards
honorable mention exploravision
violin awards (nothing special)
national merit

-short explanation on recs/essays
recs should be really good, counselor rec is guaranteed to be good, will get my internship mentor as a rec too.

note: I am taking a lot of special classes only offered at my school, so that's why I don't have as many APs
just request any additional information!

Most likely acceptance at Johns Hopkins BME, Vanderbilt, Davidson, and Wash U in St. Louis.

^I’ve head JHU BME is very competitive.

^And the OP is a very competitive applicant.

So you think Yale is a really big reach?

Any other opinions out there? I’ll chance back.
