I'm interested in pursuing a science major and potentially a business or history-related minor as an undergrad. As a career, I think I'd like to be a doctor who also does research or a scientific entrepreneur...and I was wondering if you all had any advice on good schools with strong undergrad research opportunities in science. I plan to go to grad school as well, probably in a science field.

I realize it'd be helpful to know my stats, so I've got a ~3.9 unweighted GPA, 4.7 weighted GPA, a 2360 SAT, and a lot of research/science related extracurriculars. Currently on my list (since I'll be a senior in the fall) are Dartmouth, UChicago, Hopkins, Rice, Duke, Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and some safeties, but I'm also looking into LACs. I was initially wary of LACs because they don't have grad schools and therefore seem to have fewer research opportunities, but if you can dispel that rumor, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks so much!
