<p>Does it help in the admissions process at BU if they see that an applicant does not need $? I understand that college is a business so i am wondering the fact that i do not need financial aid will help me at all… and i know BU can be pretty pricey.</p>

<p>Also does it help that i am from Washington State (geographical diversity?)</p>

<p>It may help but schools because I don't believe that schools which say they're need blind actually are. Geography helps.</p>

<p>I doubt that your financial need would have any weight in your admission decision. Don't hold me to that because I do not know for sure. But my guess would be that it has no weight.</p>
