This may seem dumb but it's a concern I have. My school is very good and thats something I would like to play up. We got the top test scores for the state (No-Child Left Behind BS) and I was simply going to put that as one line in my education... I know schools are supposed to send profiles but what I've seen from my guidance dept. has no been encouraging (old booklets, no examples, obvious plagarism) and I'm worried that they ACTUALLY won't be able to communicate the quality of school. (even though it is their job).... should I include it or will it seem dumb if there is a good school profile

I don't think it would hurt, especially if it's just a footnote to your application. Even if it turns out to be a small gaffe, one line won't have a major influence on an admissions counselor's impression.

any more opinions?
