Townhomes as housing

<p>i am going to be a sophmore and I have to make a decision on housing in the next three weeks. I dont think I want to stay in the dorms again. Has anybody rented a townhouse? Is that a better idea than an apartment or the Traditions? Is threre a way for me to find 2-3 people to rent a townhome ex. a roommate search bulletin board? Is it better to have a 4 or 3 bedroom place? Any ideas of good places? Has anyone ever got three of their friends and purchased a townhome for a few years to save money? </p>

<p>Eh I don’t know man I’ve known a bunch of people who have lived there for 2+ years including my sister with no problems. Every place has a negative rap on review sites.</p>

<p>True on review sites. I am not saying that the place is bad (it looks good from what I have seen), but when you hear the same complaints over and over again, you have to at least wonder if somethings up. </p>

<p>I have a friend who has lived at the Woodlands for 3 years with no problems, but I have another friend who constantly complains about it.</p>
