The Townhouse Community looks really nice, but I'm concerned other than your three roommates/suitemates you wouldn't really have the same experience to socialize with your more traditional hallmates. Is this a legitimate concern? Idk any input would be appreciated, because simply requesting a double seems like a gamble if you didn't really get along with your roommate. It seems like your hedging your bet more with a suite.

I lived in the Townhouses - some of my closest friends came from nearby townhouses. Perhaps this is not a universal experience, but much of my townhouse community was extremely tight - even across our townhouse "quad". We were always in each others' places and experienced really nice apartment living as well.

I also had a suitemate in the townhouse that I had absolutely nothing in common with, but we all developed this strange bond within the confines of that townhouse in which we grew very close in a very strange way that never moved beyond those walls.
