<p>i'm applying ED and i probably will not submit my application until late October but my school will probably send out my transcript in these coming weeks. is it a problem if Penn receives my transcript before my application, will they open up a folder for me? if i send in the ED agreement form, will that open up my admissions folder?</p>
<p>I called about this and reccomendations on Friday. They said once they get something from you, they’ll start a file. it’s pretty great!</p>
<p>The RD deadline of January 1 is the postmark deadline right? As in, the transcripts don’t have to arrive exactly on that date, they only have to be sent by that time, correct?</p>
