Today I saw a copy of my unofficial transcript. I noticed that it included my sophomore PSAT scores but lacked my junior year's, which were much better (204). Is this normal? Should I talk to my counselor?

anything that helps you app and is ethical, legal and not being a phony means that you should do it... go ahead an talk to him/her

PSAT scores should not be on your transcript at all.

This is a quote from the College Board's Web site (from the section for Educators)

"PSAT/NMSQT scores are not intended for use by colleges as part of their admission criteria. Scores should not be included on student transcripts that will be reproduced and sent to colleges unless the student (age 18 or older) or parent has granted permission. Inform students of their right to withhold these scores from admission or athletic offices even when requested." [Bold type in original.]

However, you may not want to make a fuss about this. In your case it really doesn't matter. If your junior year scores are substantially above 204, you will either be a National Merit Semifinalist or Commended. (Even 204 would get you Commended in most years.) In either case, you will be telling colleges about it in the awards and honors section of your college applications. So what shows on your transcript probably doesn't matter much.

Wow. That's interesting. I did get commended, so I'm sure colleges will see that in my awards section. Thanks for the reply. I'm just going to leave everything as is with my transcript then.

Yea ask if you can get junior year's psat score on too
