<p>In October I had my school counselor send my school transcript with the counselor evaluation form to USC.
I did not give her the transcript request form! What should I do? On Monday should I ask her to re-send my transcript with the request form, or do you think I shouldn't do anything because USC already received my transcript with her letter of rec...?</p>
<p>You are fine- they already have it. It is OK that you didn't use the transcript request form.</p>
