sending transcript

<p>I'm applying online as a high school senior and I'm wondering if we need to send this form: "transcript request form for high school records" <a href="http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/docs/admission/forms/Form8.pdf%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/docs/admission/forms/Form8.pdf&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p>

<p>Do we only need the form if we're applying by mail? Or can I just mail my sealed transcript without that form in a large envelop with other usc material?</p>

<p>oh yeah and for the "attach bar code label here or your USC ID Number" what if we have neither? leave blank or put usc id login or sumthn else?</p>

<p>social security number if you dont have barcodes or a number. i have neither and i was going to call the phone number they provide, but i ended up hand delivering my application.. hm lol.</p>

<p>about the form for the transcript, i think im going to use it. it cant hurt.</p>

<p>Thanks, i was thinking along the same lines for the transcript (just annoys me cause it seems pointless). Oh and I called about the box and they said dont bother if you dont have either of two. I guess it couldnt hurt to put your ssn in the box though.</p>
