I'm an international and am about to send in all the required documents (i.e. transcript, recommendations) by mail. Would I need to include some formal UT documentation with that mail or would it be fine to just have my school's documents alone?

Also, why does the international undergraduate "how to apply" page state that I need to include a resume? I assume that all of the required info listed on that page is already apart of the applyTexas online application.

As far as I know they should be able to match up your transcripts and recs to your file just fine, so long as you include sufficient information to identify you. If it were me however I'd include a copy of my app confirmation page with ID so that there could be no doubt as to which applicant it belonged to.

Yea, i'm not an international student but I still wrote my UT EID on all the letters I sent in so they could file my stuff more easily. They'll find your file either way, but they're so backed up and busy, its nice to make their job a little easier. :) Good luck!

thanks for the help!
