i have done my class 9.10.11.12 th from a cbse school i will apply to the colleges now but i have to send them transcripts can anyone please tell me how to get a transcript from the school how will it look like and how to send it like by mail or email please explain in detaiulo it you can
@mukul9 Contact your school; they should be able to send a transcript on your behalf (e.g. mail, encrypted email). If you are applying to US schools, for example, and your transcript is not in English, you may need your school to send a translated version, along with the original document.
Transcript actually means what? is it a photocopy of the the CBSE result or what?
@batman2411999 your transcript is a sheet of paper that lists your grades, GPA, student info, and school accreditation.
For admissions, a formal transcript is generally not required. Request a signed copy of your transcript for your school. Scan it to your computer and keep a PDF copy on hand for schools that dont use common app.
For schools that use common app, the transcript is your counselor’s job. He/she should upload it through Common App along with other school info.
