Transfer Admission Question

I am applying to UVA as a transfer student and I was wondering if transfer students needed to submit a Mid Year Report form. Some schools require that you create and submit your own form. I have searched on UVA's website and haven't come across anything. I appreciate the help.

You don't have to. I did, and sent it in extra with a resume. Since the application was due March 1, which is about the time of midterms, I sent it in that same business week. When I applied two years ago (crap, time flies!) they were still reading first year apps well into March, so I wouldn't worry about sending in extras right away, but my suggestion is that you should have everything in by the second week of March. Dean J will probably say "don't send in a ton of extras, we don't need it" but I had some pretty solid midterm grades (all As and two B+s I think or something like that) and I figured it wouldn't hurt. Just don't send a mass amount of extras.

wait so you dont need to send in mid year report? Does that mean that we dont send in our transcript as of now? I know that they keep your high school record so I dont have to send anything from HS right?

You should send in whatever transcripts you have from any HS or college work. So if you've completed either one semester or three, you should send those grades in.
I think I misunderstood the OP. You need to send in official transcripts for any work completed in college. I thought he was talking about mid-semester grades. Sorry, it's been a long week.
