Transfer admission revoked- want to appeal

Hello! I’m kind of in a last resort stance right now. I was accepted into UCI with conditional req. That I pass Statistics. I was doing good in the class (had a C) even got an apartment in Long Beach with a 12 month lease (8 hours away from home). Ended up getting a D, I took a step back and realized there was a huge problem… didn’t think this was even a real thing at first I used to laugh at it but I believe I have test anxiety. All my HW, class work scores are 100%… exams… terrible. I retook it in the summer… got an F. Did even worse with all the extra stress I was under from moving I had to come up with extra money for plane tickets back!! because I just got a new job couldn’t miss and my teacher didn’t let me take my exam any other place/time/day. I didn’t have medical insurance or time to go to my family doctor (i’ve gotten therapy for anxiety in high school when my dad died so just used the coping methods i learned there… brought out the old notebook…) finally made an appointment. nurse over the phone told me they’ll run tests but from what i’ve said to her over the phone she said it’s clear i have it… sent 2 letters of rec from my professors and 2 letters of my study buddies/classmates who i studied with for hours and hours that got BOTH A’s!! clearly. if we studied together something’s not clicking with me. I want to appeal. they gave me a chance to appeal after revoking my admissions but I want to know if anyone had ever appealed an admissions revoke?? and if it’s ever resulted in their favor?? i need help/advice anything really. oh yeah i’m a transfer from a community… with THREE degrees from community… i’m majoring in ENGLISH.

You might need to come back home and enroll in a community college to get things back in order. College takes whatever health problems you have and doubles them. Going away to college only makes it worse. Take some time and take medication and therapy, also get checked out for ADHD. When you go back to school, ease back into it.
