Rutgers NB School of Nursing does not accept non-rutgers students, and right now I am starting my first year at Community College.
My high school grades were okay-ish, my SAT scores were terrible, 410 in reading, 480 in math, and 450 in writing. I wasn't really motivated in high school.
I am planning to work my ass of this and transfer after one year of Community College into Rutgers NB SAS (since I heard it was easy and mostly everyone is in the SAS), take nursing pre-requisite classes and then do school-to-school transfer to the School of Nursing.
What are my chances of getting into Rutgers NB SAS?

Also, I live in state!

So your question is: what are my chances of getting into NB SAS if tranferring from a community college after 1 year?

I don’t know. If you have a high GPA I suppose it would probably be more likely.

See this page for questions about transfer requirements: http://admissions.rutgers.edu/applynow/morefortransferapplicants/requiredcredentials.aspx#4

You may want to try to avoid having to send your SAT scores, as they are low:

You are required to submit official SAT or ACT scores if:
You are currently in your first semester of college, and
You will have completed fewer than 12 college credits by the Application Due Date, and
Your final course grades will not be available by the Application Due Date, and
You will have graduated from high school fewer than two years before beginning classes at Rutgers.

I would also look into alternative choices for your nursing program.
