Transfer Agreement??

so what is a TAG or TAA exactly, and how do i get one started?
thanls!

TAG would be a program that basically outlines courses/grades you need to complete in your community college to get a guaranteed transfer to a particular school. You want to get it started as soon as possible, and a great place to start is your counseling center which will have all the information of TAG's available at your college.

Just to add...

TAA = Transfer Admission Agreement
or
= Transfer Articulation Agreement

TAG = Transfer Admission Guarantee

Do you go to De Anza? If you do, then all the TAA / TAG info is online for several UC's and I believe Santa Clara University as well.

Also, the TAA program for the UC schools should no longer exist. Starting for the fall 2008 agreements the name has been changed to the Transfer Admissions Guarantee (TAG) UC wide. This is only a name change and does not affect the program.

oooooh, ok, thanks guys! i talked to one of the transfer center people from UC Davis, it really helped. thats a pretty cool system...
