Transfer Applicant

I'm considering to be a junior year transfer. I'm thinking of applying to Yale, Stanford, UPenn, Brown, Cornell, UChicago, Vanderbilt, Emory, Northwestern, and JHU-Carey Business. If you guys have any suggestions on any other schools I should consider applying to (or not applying to and taking off my list) please let me know!

I'm interested in studying cognitive neuroscience/psychology and business/economics/management.

stats:
HS GPA: 3.3 UW (top 100 school in the nation by US news)

College GPA: 4.0 (top 40 school in the nation by US news).
ACT: 31 (33 super scored)

EC's:
-National and international case study competitions in high school (placed as finalist for the last three years. 1st place during one of those three years). Competed in collegiate state entrepreneurship competition
-Provisional patent pending on an entrepreneurship idea I had at a business plan competition
-Student government executive board member
-University Programming Board
-Varsity Rowing Team (placed 3rd at regional race)
-Business development internship at a art museum
-Marketing Research Associate at a non-profit in San Francisco

Research: organizational behavior study at business school, neuroscience at U.S. top 4 hospital, radiation oncology research at medical school.

Entrepreneurship: Founded one international non-profit and starting a second one (not sure whether non-profit or for profit business)

Was accepted to Emory last transfer cycle, but starting to rethink my decision.

Thoughts?

You are definitely a very competitive applicant. Stanford, Yale, UChicago, UPenn have like 2% acceptance rates so it is very difficult to predict chances. Everywhere else you have a great chance, especially Vandy since they have a good transfer acceptance rate and Emory since you already got in.

Suggestion for an additional school: University of Michigan. The Ross business school is fantastic.

Hey all,

I thought I had a really strong shot at all these schos but I guess what they say about the admissions process is right: it really is a crapshoot.

If anyone was interested, here are a few decisioms so far

ACCEPTED: emory, vanderbilt
REJECTED: upenn, corne

I am really hoping to get into georgetown but seeing as vandy and emorys transfer acceptances were in the high 20% s and georgetown last year was at 13%, im no longer too confident.

Any chances? What do you all think?
