<p>Has anyone transferred to Geneseo? Or know someone who has?</p>
<p>Any one have stats for successful transfers?</p>
<p>I have a 3.75 GPA (only 2 B's, the rest A's) from a community college in NYC. Have taken the entire calculus sequence, as well as calculus-based physics and chemistry sequences (also, I'm currently enrolled in Organic Chem I). I am taking Arabic as a foreign language. (I will be taking Linear Algebra and Diff Equations in the spring.)</p>
<p>I used to be a student at a very good private university in NY state, but was separated for academic reasons. I enrolled at the CC and have been doing well since.</p>
<p>Thoughts? I hope Geneseo can look past my previous history.</p>
<p>Would it be daft of me to send a short statement about said previous history? Certainly not a sob story or anything very specific, but perhaps about what I've taken away from the experience, and what I've done to move forward since then. </p>
<p>I feel like I'm a senior all over again. ;)</p>
