Transfer Application

Hello there,

I plan to apply to HMC as a transfer for next fall.
I will have completed most of the core curriculum except for the computer sciences part but there is something I actually am really unsure of.
I am an international student and I don't have any SAT I or SAT II results, should I take any in order to increase the interest of my application?
I currently have a 4.0 GPA for all my math classes and I think that taking the SAT would be a waste of time, especially since I am unprepared for it.

What do you think of it?

Thanks for reading.

I doubt it, but if you have a question it’s always better to call or email admissions and ask. Good luck!

Thank you for your response.

I finally plan to take the sat subject math 2 since it is recommended.

You should know that you may have to retake some core courses. HMC does’t take a lot of transfers, but it’s always worth a shot. I also agree with GeekMom63. Contact HMC’s admissions department. The SAT math 2 should be extremely easy for someone already in college interested in HMC. The ‘regular’ SATs may be good as a proof of your ability in English.
