<p>Yeah I'm a Maryland resident. I have taken my GWRIT here which coincides with their English requirement, but apparently the math I'm taking here at JMU will not meet the math requirement there. That really sucks if that's the reason why. I'll finish the semester with 31 credits here, but if they don't take my math I guess I'd only have 29. I called them and asked if I could take it over the summer over at AACC and then be able to start in my major in the fall and they said that was fine but...yeah.</p>

<p>I'm in Glen Burnie so it takes a good half hour to 45 minutes to get there...definitely need housing. I feel like that's going to end up being the deciding factor for me.</p>

<p>Yes, my Math220 (elementary stat) at JMU didn't transfer as a MATH to UMD. It transferred as Stat 100, so I didn't satisfy their math requirement. I am now taking a Elementary Applied Calculus at MC that WILL transfer as Math 220 at UMD.</p>

<p>Received my acceptance FINALLY on the website yesterday. They were waiting for my last transcript. I received straight A's so I couldn't imagine any reason for them not to accept me THIS TIME! Sigh of relief...<br>
Now, where am I going to live. Any suggestions out there?</p>
