transfer- applying to schools long past deadlines via email, gutsy or plain stupid?

long story short:
I am not in love with my school and had a recent epiphany and would like to transfer, however, evidently the deadline dates for transfer applicants interested in the Fall 2015 semester has long past.

So if I sent an email and tried to write it eloquently and convincing as possible,
would I be a chucks-n-giggles sort of ordeal for admissions committees or would it be a reasonable risk to take?

I also don’t want to hurt my chances if I have to apply to transfer for Spring 2015.

I think it will either be disregarded or they might think you are a dim bulb. So wait for spring or take a look if any of these colleges below. Although their deadline is passed they still have room so they are accepting applicaitons.
