Transfer Associate Degree

For any transfer students out there from the past or present, I had a quick question. When I applied through CSU Mentor I stated that I would have competed my AST (Associate in Science in Business Admin) by Spring 2015. I applied for Fall 2015. I’m currently on pace to complete those classes by the end of the Spring semester. However I just got an email saying “As we continue to process your application, we received notification the Community College you are transferring from the Transfer Associate Degree (SB1440), you listed on your CSU Mentor is either incomplete or will not be complete prior to your attending here in the Fall 2015. Therefore, we have removed the Transfer Associate Degree (SB1440) from your record, and your application will continue to be considered based on Admissions Requirements for Transfer students.”

Does anyone know what the process is to get this readded or something? I called Admissions at Pomona and the person who answered wasn’t that much of a help

Hmm, maybe talk to your CC counselor to see if you need to turn in any paperwork in order to get your AST. I had to do that with my cc.

I applied for and have been accepted to CPP for Fall of 2016. I received the same e-mail. I completed my AS-T in Fall of 2015 and it is posted on my unofficial transcript. I was wondering if anyone was able to resolve this and could perhaps explain what they did. Thanks!
