<p>My friend recently applied as a transfer for fall semester with a 2.6 gpa from two years at community college i was accepted with a 2.9 gpa earlier his year. Has anyone been accepted as a transfer recently or with a gpa in the same range?</p>
<p>Were you an EOP transfer? The SUNY schools are getting more competitive to get into; 2.9 doesnt seem like enough to transfer regular admissions at UB. But yea maybe as an EOP transfer you will have a better chance but there are a very limited amount of seats as a transfer. Best bet Apply VERY VERY early.</p>
