Transfer Chances for UNC-Chapel Hill

My stats thus far:
Current School: a Florida public university
Major(s): Business Administration and Management; Political Science
GPA: 3.82 with 36 credits (should be able to get it up 3.9 with about 58 done by the end of the fall).
ECs:
- Pi Kappa Phi: Director of Social Events
- Student Ambassador
- Planning on participating in Gear-Up Florida, a bike ride from Miami, FL to Tallahassee, FL to raise money and awareness for people with disabilities.
- Math Tutor
- Intramural Sports

Should be able to get good rec's and I am a pretty strong writer for essay portion.

Here comes the iffy part and I am hoping they do not look at it too seriously and see I have done some growing over time.
HS GPA: 3.0W
SAT: 550CR, 570M (1120/1600)

Anyways, I am in love with Chapel Hill and the programs at UNC so I am really hoping I have a significant shot at this. If anyone can chance me or critique me it would be much appreciated.

i think you have a good shot  keep your grades up(obviously), definitely do the gear up florida thing, and write good solid essays, and you should have no problem :)

That is great news. Thanks for the input, it definitely makes me feel better about my chances. Does anyone know how many out of state transfer students they typically admit per year?

We’ll this year, there was a 32% acceptance rate, 950/3000 applicants were accepted. UNC does not have the quotas like they have for freshmen admissions, so it is definitely a lot higher than 10%. I’d say 12-15% if I had to guess.
