Transfer Chances. In dire need of advice.

Currently a sophomore, applying for junior transfer admission
Double majoring in computer science and mathematical economics

Cumulative College GPA after 3 semesters: 2.9
High School GPA: 2.3
SAT: 1950

5 solid extra curricular activities that legitimately correspond directly to my course of study

Ridiculous upward trend, I'm talking from straight C's to straight A's
I have been performing better in higher level courses (for example, a "C" in Calc 1, a "B" in Calc 2, and an "A" in Calc 3)

Kick-ass essays and addendum that really focus on my personal growth

Tell me what you think my chances are at the following schools (let me know if I should add more info):

Boston University
Drexel University
Emory University
Fordham University
New York University
Penn State University - University Park
Syracuse University
The George Washington University
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill
University of Pennsylvania
University of Pittsburgh
University of Virginia
Wake Forest University

No need to explain why I won't get into the obvious reach schools.
