<p>Is transferring out of state easier this year? I have heard that Universities would like to accept more out-of-state student as they can receive high tuition fee?</p>

<p>I was thinking the same thing. And although it does seem a bit unethical, I could definitely see how this could be a very real possibility. Crossing my fingers for UNC. Im thinking it may be a little easier to transfer into privates too but who really knows</p>
