Transfer Chances NYU??

<p>I was wondering where I fall in my chances of getting into NYU or what I think as a stretch Columbia or Georgetown.</p>

<p>High School Grades are ehhh but did take APs.</p>

<p>CA Community College:
GPA- 3.8 Scholars Program.
A lot of volunteer work. Especially with children.
Good recommendations.</p>

<p>SAT Scores I don't think are considered to these schools for transfer students.</p>

<p>Really what i'm curious to know is if my good cc grades and activities matter more then my high school faults???</p>

<p>College grades will be more important than high school but SAT scores still matter and are very important. They help them see if you’ll comfortably compete.</p>

<p>Also note for NYU, there’s very little aid for transfers, so if you need financial aid, look for schools that meet need for all. Good luck!</p>
