Transfer Chances

HS GPA of 2.4 and College GPA of 3.62 with 69 credits amassed. However took two yrs. off and worked at a neuro science lab, did advertising/marketing for a sports agency, tutored students in Chemistry/math. But never took the SAT'S, and at GT you don't need them to transfer. Also, HS transcript is for record keeping purposes only.

What are my chances of acceptance to Georgia Tech?

I think you'll be fine. If you're applying for Engineering (maybe CS too) they require that you also have a high math/science gpa (at least 3.0). If you are applying for Eng/CS, and you have met all the requirements, i'd say that your GPA is very competitive and you shouldn't have any problems providing they have open seats in the respective college you are trying to get into.
