Two parts of my transfer conditions state:

1) I must get a B or better in Physics 2
2) I must be in good standing at any prior UC attended

However, I was previously disqualified from a UC, which means it is impossible for me to be in "good standing". I transferred to CC and now I'm trying to transfer out. I stated it in my personal statement many times, but I was still admitted. I heard they don't read personal statements sometimes though. Will I get rescinded for not being in good standing?

Also, I may get a C in Physics 2. I was under the impression we only needed to pass our classes to avoid being rescinded, but I just received word very late in the semester I need to meet the B requirement... Will I be rescinded for this, even if I pass the class?

I e-mailed admissions through UCI message center, but their answer was completely useless:

"If you are admitted, remember all admissions are
provisional and applicants are responsible to
meet the Transfer Conditions as conditions of
their admission and to ensure no problems with
their Orientation and subsequent course
registrations. If you do not meet the transfer
conditions there is a chance your admission may
be withdrawn. You will not be notified until
after we receive all final transcripts. "

It would be great to know if I would get rejected before I SIR to this school.. If anyone has been in a similar situation, it would help a lot.
